Description: The master-planned golf and spa resort with office parks on 300 acres of Agua Caliente Indian Reservation. Indian Oasis will be California’s desert’s world class vacation and corporate meeting destination. Within the resort will be various business parks as mentioned above. JeHN Engineering’s hand in this $250 million project will be the Indian Oasis Corporate Center. The Corporate Center is designed to accommodate larger regional, national, and international companies moving here as well as local businesses experiencing workspace and parking shortages for customers and employees. The Corporate Center accommodates office space and the business park, with its build-to-suit sites fulfills a growing need for dedicated business operations and light industrial. JeHN Engineering's responsibilities have included engineering site documents for the first phase of the business park. The site development plans included precise paving grading plans and hydrology study. The planning of the first phase was designed to allow for the second office building to be an addition without dramatic impact to the existing site or the engineering requirements. The business park is scheduled to open fall of 2005 and the second phase is scheduled to open mid 2006.
