General Information
Located near Old Town Murrieta and off the I-15, Juniper Commercial Plaza is a great asset to the surrounding residents. Visibility! The project lies between a Lowe’s home improvement store and a new luxury apartment community. The project site plan consists of two buildings. One building will suit commercial retail and the other will be an office building. J.G. Stouse has also architecturally designed the buildings and will build/construct the building shells, on-site improvements and all the tenant improvements. The project is being processed through the City of Murrieta. Additionally, some offsite infrastructure improvements will be completed on Juniper Street and Jefferson Avenue.
