Location: City of Twentynine Palms
Description: Village Sands is a 180 acre single family development located within the City of Twenty-Nine Palms, California. The project will be developed into two phases. The first phase will consist of 100 acres and approximately 350 homes with a park located within the center of the development. The second phase will consist of 80 acres and approximately 320 homes.
