Description: Wild Grass is a 27.0 million-dollar mixed use project containing a 440 unit residential subdivision with approximately 23-acres of commercial property. This project contains several major infrastructure improvements that will be key to the development of the projects with the Jefferson Center Metropolitan District No. 1 to the west. Several of the improvements listed in the Jefferson Center Metropolitan District No. 1 Phase I have actually been designed and will be constructed as part of the Wild Grass Subdivision.
